I used to be a lazy guy, and I had to initially force myself to work out so I can lose my ugly beer belly but I somehow enjoyed myself along the way until I got fit and healthy. Now let me continue to share some diet tips that will help you lose your beer gut or at least lose a few fats in your body so you can get a lean body.

Speaking from my experience, diet plays a big factor in losing beer fat. Your diet tells a lot about how much fat you get into your body. So if you don’t have a healthy and a balanced diet, chances are, you are either an fat person or a malnourished one. Now to get yourself started. If you are a compulsive beer drinker then you should stop drinking beer for the meantime until you lose your beer belly. And also change your daily habit of eating. You may want to start off by avoiding consumption of foods that are fatty and oily. They can put unhealthy fats in your body. And cut back on eating foods that have high amount of calories, studies show that calories stimulate fat storage in your body particularly the belly area. Therefore if you would only consume little amount of calories, then you are not gaining extra fat in your body.
